PLEASE NOTE - Forms are stored in Google Drive and when you click on the links, you will redirected. You then need to download and save the relevant form to your computer. You can then print them off.

STEP 3 - Payment

Entries cost £6 for each AV entered. Payments can be made via:
  • Paypal to treasurer@mcpf.co.uk (use the payment to friends and family method to save charges)
  • Bank Transfer direct to our HSBC Bank - Sort code 40-43-54 - Account number: 71318675
  • Cheque (made payable to MCPF)
The Championship Judging Day (Saturday, 29th January, 2021) will take place on-line and will be free. Booking for this will be made via the MCPF Website at https://www.mcpf.co.uk/  

All first choice entries will be judged on the day of the Championships, if the number of entries exceeds the time available to show them on the Championship Judging Day, the second choice AVs may be pre-judged.

STEP 4 - Please send your Entry Forms and Payment/Payment Confirmation to the Midphot AV Competition Organiser
